Product defects and Shipping Damage are always covered by the Production Partner and will always be resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
For most item, I am happy to offer a 14 day return window (after Shipping shows you have recieved the item) for any reason. You will need to pay for return shipping to BrandyOver40, but I am happy to make any Refund or Exchange after you have sent tracking information showing it has been begun return during this 14 day window. (except custom items)
Custom items are developed specifically for you. Assuming you have approved the mockup and this is not a product defect, these items generally are not available for refund, though occasionally it is possible. Exchange may be possible, depending on the circumstance.
